Clicks sent me the wrong items

Guys you are starting to drop the ball now.

As per my online order I ordered:

H&S Citrus Conditioner H&S Menthol Limited Edition Shampoo H&S Classic Clean 2-1

I recieved my order today and you have giving me:

H&S Citrus Shampoo H&S Menthol Shampoo H&S Classic Clean 2-1

Please may I have an explanation as to why you sent me the Citrus shampoo instead of the conditioner? And why did you give me a normal bottle of the menthol shampoo when I CLEARLY ordered the Limited Edition bottle?

This is frustrating and it's not the first time you have disappointed me like this.
