Clicks Sedgefield Pay up!

So dissapointed! Made a purchase using my Mediwallet Card and then the purchase was declined. Money went off my Mediwallet card and it shows on my statement from Mediwalet that the amountbfor my purchase was deducted but accordingvto Clicks, Sedgefield they didn receive this amount for that purchase. Nothing has been sorted out and I didn't get my goods that I paid for.
