Clicks Secunda mall sucks

The service at Clicks Secunda is the worst. After waiting for almost 40 minutes in the queue to purchase 1 item, I got to the cashier to pay using my card. The authorization failed due to network because of load shedding, I was then asked if I had cash of which I didn't. Several people kept getting turned away because of this and it isn't the first time. What upsets me is the lack of professionalism to at least communicate and speak properly with customers. Zukiswa Ntuli was the rude, carelessness cashier. I'm disappointed.
