CLICKS SECUNDA MALL BAD TREATMENT

This morning I was Very disappointed about VERY BAD TREATMENT from SECUNDA MALL CLINIC BRANCH pharmacy assistant by the name of KOKETSO, she answered her personal call while assisting me & she left me on the counter until I decided to go sit down & after seeing is long waiting for nothing I went to her colleague to assist me on counter 2, & she also told me to sit down & wait for her& I obeyed her instructions & sit down.

When KOKETSO comes back, she was so rude to me & raised her voice on me & says WHATS YOUR PROBLEM in Tswana language & I took my medication & leave the branch, I feel like friendliness from DISCHEM will be the solution for my life & respect,

I love clicks & will still be my preferred pharmacy except bad treatment from secunda branch, I’ll continue with other branches.

This young lady showed me that their personal matter are more important than secunda customers to them.
