Clicks Sanridge Square bad experience

My recent experience at Clicks was quite disheartening. I mistakenly left my item during my visit. Upon realizing my oversight & returning within a mere 30 minutes, I was shocked to discover that the shop had already disposed of my belonging.

What made the disappointment worse was the unprofessional behavior of the staff, who were giggling when I inquired about my lost item. The lack of empathy and the apparent disregard for customer concerns left me with a sour taste. It's disconcerting to encounter such dismissive behavior. This incident has certainly left me questioning the shop's commitment to customer service and basic courtesy.
