Clicks Sandton city disgusting service

Had the most appalling and disgusting service from your pharmacy team, on Monday I went to your clicks sandton city pharmacy to collect prescriptions and one was for my Son’s mixture, was assisted by Thembi and because I would typically trust the pharmacist since she gracefully sealed my package. As soon as I got home to unwrap I notice that she did not do the mixture correctly and on Tuesday when I go back so they can correct their error she did not even care enough to wana check or explain instead she just walts around with so much disgusting attitude on her like she just doesn’t care and her colleague who was trying to assist had no flippin clue what he was doing or what he’s even looking at.. and when you ask where the mysterious manager is (moetjie) he or she is nowhere to be seen but the duty board shows that he’s in... I regret walking into that pharmacy and I Hope mistakes like this from your glorified disgusting pharmacists don’t affect other people as I’m imagining having to give my son medication that’s done wrong. I’m definitely taking this matter further and will not stop. I’m truly disgusted by your services, and when I call the so called manager’s line conveniently no one bothers to answer
