Clicks Sandton branch & GENEdiagnosyics worst ever

I am highly disappointed with Clicks Sandton branch and their incomptent partner GENEdiagnosyics. The experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. I had arranged few weeks before for DNA tests with my father traveling from far South of Soweto & I from pretoria. I made follow ups on the appointment only to be turned back for lame reasons I was avoiding in the first place, I was expected to search for the test tools myself and the nurse who was suppose to assist me off that date. I am still expecting my refund from GENEdiagnosyics 18.12.2019 till date! The email team, they have the worst ettiquet or not respording at all because I need my money back.
