Clicks Sandton

I have been trying to call the clicks store in Sandton over 3 days nw and no one is answering, and I have a serious issue with the receipt in which I lost it, so wanted to find out if they can track it down as I used the clicks card, I bought the item on Wednesday only to find it’s a wrong item so want to exchange it, but I can’t go back to Sandton want to exchange it in Eastgate
