Clicks Sandrige swapped chronic meds for allergy meds

So clicks sandridge decided to change my chronic medicine script to their preference. its 07:50 and i just called their customer care it says i've reached them outside of their operating hours which is mon-fri 07:30 -17:30. Last night i thought maybe they put the original of what i usually take but only to find that they swapped my chronic meds to allergy meds. Neoloridin 5 MG Tablet and the side effects are terrifying. you are putting our health and lives in danger by giving us meds which have not been prescribed to us by our healthcare providers. I will not stand in another que again to fix the mess that you people made
