Clicks Sandridge Mall,Midridge Park,Midrand is not safe at all

On 10 November 2021,i went into Clicks San Ridge Mall(Midridge Park,Midrand)to buy some items.I got into the shop started at the cosmetic aisle then my cellphone rang and spoke.After the conversation i dipped the cellphone in my handbag and continued with shopping.Amonst other things bought was airtime.After i packed my things in the car wanted to load the airtime,boom cellphone is nowhere to be found.I went back to the shop reported the matter and requested footage of the shop.Only to be told they don't have surveillance in the shop which to me did not make sense for a reputable retail outlet in mall like Clicks not to have cameras.Strangely after the incident cellphone was off.But when i got home a called the number and the phone rang.

The following day i complained about the incident to Clicks head office only to be told they are not responsible for any theft or loss in the store.

As a loyal client i felt this can not be true and clicks gave me a shoddy service and reply
