Clicks San Ridge Village_Poor Service

My doctor was not in today,I don't know when he is going to be back. I have a terrible back pain, its leaving me in tears, I cannot take of work for a while, so I got my mother to get a script from my doctor in durban. A lady dispensing the meds (not a doctor) said that I could not get the stillpane because I did not have the original script. Their guys are idiots! Their ever so bright lady behind the counter couldve called the doctor to confirm. She then says the script must be mailed and hands me a card with the details, I said ok if I get it mailed can I get the meds, she says... no. Clicks San Ridge Village, the pharmacy department, service sucks!
