Do not buy any safeway products, its absolute ****, do not last longer longer than 13 months, and breaks just outside of the 12-month guarantee!!! Clicks WILL NOT refund, nor assist in repairs, not even partially! Do not bother complaining, as it will not assist! I have been a user of their safeway products for years, especially their hair dryers, and WILL NO RECOMMEND it all, especially the models over the last few years. Rather spend a bit more a good quality Salon hair dryer!
