Clicks SA Wins Award fore Worst Customer Service in 2021

Worst customer service I have received in my life. Avoid ordering anything for Clicks online or even shopping at their stores. They are an absolute joke!

They messed up my online order, by not delivering the items ordered, I had to cancel the order as the courier company could not deliver for some obscure reason. I eventually had to request a refund an shop at Dischem as it was essential items ordered. Its now a full calendar month after I sent them the details for my refund, nothing!!!!

I have since followed up 4 times regarding my refund, nothing! I now phone them and they say it was only processed on the 30th of January, 8 days after I submit the forms so I can expect it by the end of February. The refund form was submitted on the 22nd of January.

I will make a point of it to boikot Clicks and share my experience with as many people as possible. You guys have lost a loyal customer for many years to due your shockingly bad service..
