Clicks SA Nonesi mall

Went to clicks Nonesi Mall bought my toiletries worth R600 including a toothbrush, when I arrived at home the toothbrush was not there went there this morning and the lady told me that Im the one who lost it I mean I dd not even go somewhere else I went straight home I'm really disappointed
