Clicks Rylands Village

Really pathetic service from staff and pharmacists. They can never find me on their system although I have been collecting meds from them before. Whenever I call, i get placed on hold for ages. Just disconnected from being placed on hold by Robyn for 30 min with nobody getting back to me. I will be taking business back to dischem again. Excellent service from dischem. Clicks can definitely learn something from them regarding customer service. Only decided to move to clicks rylands village as it was closer but I'd rather drive the distance for great service.
