Clicks Rylands - discriminates against pregnant women

Good day im very disgusted in the mentality of Clicks Rylands staff. I literally live down the road and everytime husband and i enter the store the staff has no way of addressing the customer.Today i went to the store to collect my parcel which had arrived late, i am 8months pregnant approached the lady at the door to find out if i could collect my package i am currently in my 3rd trimester and being on my feet is already overloading.Due to covid19 i am allowed to enter all stores including your other branches instead of standing in the line, i am always doing click and collect as i do not want my risk myself from getting covid during this time. The staff member told me at the door to go and stand at the back of the line in the blazing sun im already on highblood medication at this time, I asked the lady but why i have paid for my goods and im pregnant she sent me to the back of the line.I stood in the sun for almost 15mins when i went into the store and spoke to the manager she was very abrupt towards me when i asked her is this how pregnant women are treated during covid19 she said there is no special case even toward pensioners which i couldnt understand as there is a sign outside for pensioners.The manager had attitude and soon the ladies is the store were all around me as if this was a show, I said im just here for my parcel and that ive laid a complaint on clicks website already...she then went behind me and softly told her lady that pregnant women can come in the store,This attitude is disgusting when i got home only to find the baby toiletries i ordered were broken and damaged and was not even packed separate to the baby clothes.I will be sending this back to clicks but never will i put foot in rylands again!!!!!
