Clicks Rosebank Mews... apalling service

Yesterday I went to Clicks Rosebank News to get my chronic medication. The pharmacy assistant who assisted me was not professional at all. She actually seemed annoyed to assist me. Whilst in the middle of her serving me which took forever as she was not keen on favorable customer services a colleague just walked up to her and started chatting about some medicine formulary without asking me to wait for her.

None of my chronic medicine was processed as all the medication had co-payments. She was not willing to go the extra mile and even help me. I asked her to reverse all and o will call the medical aid. Now I get a claim amount from the pharmacy indicating that I am been charged R235 for what??? I took no medication and asked her to reverse the entire transaction. This is nonsense and I want it resolved asap.
