Dear Clicks Rosebank,

Never in my life have I been disrespected by any human being especially a nurse in the clinic. Yugen Govender - as a health practitioner in a retail store, your failure to offer any sort of basic customer experience, an understanding for the patient's needs, ear to listen to the patient and your intention to raise your voice at a paying customer is absolutely BEYOND appalling.

YUGEN GOVENDER - you called me a "ghetto black that needs to go back to the township to get medication from a government clinic". You are a ****** women who walks through the ROSEBANK MALL store with the utmost confidence thinking that no one will speak up.

YUGEN GOVENDER - I am demanding an apology from you for your lack of patience and competence as a health practitioner, for your ****** remarks. PLEASE NOTE: I do NOT want an apology from the store manager or the pharmacist manager BUT you directly.
