Clicks Rondebosch has horrible customer service!!!

I went to Clicks Rondebosch on Sunday with my 10 month old baby, and I had him strapped to my chest so I did groceries there and I bought medicinal olive oil which was advertised for R23 when I checked my slip I was charged R84 and when I raised this I was told that the olive oil was placed by the wrong price and that I can't get it for the price advertised under the product, which according to consumer laws I should've gotten in for free, then I said I don't want the product anymore so I got a refund then the lady went and made a copy of my slip and she never returned the original slip to me and when I complained no one assisted me as the store was closing, there were two managers there and a teller! I had the worst experience there!
