Clicks Robertson Return Policy is Deceptive

I'm appalled and disappointed by Clicks Robertson's blatant disregard for their own return policy, which they proudly call the "Clicks Promise". The promise is clear: full refund if not entirely satisfied. However, when I tried to return a product that clearly falls under this policy, I was met with resistance and excuses.

The product in question is explicitly listed as covered by the Clicks Promise, but somehow, it doesn't qualify. This is unacceptable and *********. It's clear that Clicks only honors their promise when it's convenient for them.

Their customer service team was unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me feeling frustrated and betrayed. I demand a full refund and expect Clicks to honor their own policy.

To potential customers, beware: Clicks' promise is nothing more than a marketing gimmick. They don't stand behind their products or their word. Take your business elsewhere.
