Clicks Rivonia misdiagnosed me and failed to follow up!

On 17 April 2026, I went for a health assessment at Clicks Rivonia Village. The nurse gave me alarming results, made an insensitive remark, and left me in shock. I later discovered I had been misdiagnosed and the wrong test was used.Urgent medical checks confirmed the information was completely false. When I returned on 29 April, another nurse admitted there was no record of my wellness results in the system. This raises serious concerns about staff competence, accuracy of testing, misrepresentation of medical information, and poor record‑keeping. Despite promises of feedback, it is now 3 June 2026 and nothing has been done. I have not even received my health assessment report. This incident caused unnecessary trauma and anxiety, and it is unacceptable for a healthcare provider to treat patients this way.
