Clicks Rivonia: Bad Attitude

I see that Click's doesn't respond to their complaints, this just backs up my complaint! I decided to give Clicks another try, I usually purchase all of my prescriptions and toiletries at Dischem. I waited in the prescription que, the pharmacist on the prescription side called for the next customer, the lady queuing in the self medication line pushed infront of me and the pharmacist proceeded to help her. I was lucky enough (unlucky for Clicks) to be called next to the same pharmacist who helped the lady from the self medication que push in front of me. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME at Clicks Rivonia. I asked the pharmacist why she helped the lady in another que when it was in fact my turn. she told me that she called next, and it was that lady that came and there is absolutely nothing that she can do about that. I said to her that she should have asked the lady to please wait until another self medication consultant came available and she said to me that she can't do that.I have taken me 6 month prescription to Dischem and I will keep all of my prescriptions for the rest of my life at dischem.
