Clicks ripping us off

I'm so disappointed thatt ditinb this pandemic clicks is falsely charging customer. I went to Diepkloof Square today at clicks and was assisted by Cindy code 8130. I bought a gift card that was advised at less than R10 labeled " Non seas eng Y3. A plan birthday card with a one word message. On thw till, I was charged R45.50. I noticed that my bill was higher than I calculated and asked the cashier. Who assured me that everything is correct. Not paying attention, I paid. When I got home I noticed that the slip shows R45.50 for just a plain birthday card. I would appreciate clicks to check the correct price for this gift card and give me my money back and can forward my slip for reference . When cashiers assist us, we expect and trust that prices are correct. Everyone is having it tough during the pandemic but Clicks is here ripping us off still.
