Clicks reward card not working for me

Clicks reward card is not working for me foe ages now, I have been contacting their customer centre to first rectify my card since I had two which needed to be merged. All the time we will call them within the store and they will advise that it has be merged and all my points I can be able to use them. Everytime when I want to redeem my points unfortunately I cannot but I have 500 plus points. WE will then call customer service its always the same issue cards not linked. This has happened for more than five times within their store as a result Im planning to take all my planned repeated prescription to Dischem. I really dont see a point of having their point card as I dont get rewarded like other people. What get to me is we will wait to get hold of their customer service that on its own it is my time that is wasted all the time within their premises. No one follow up to see if the issue has been resolved.
