Clicks Retail Park Menlyn - Store Deteriorating

Please avoid Clicks in Retail Park - not worth going there anymore. Their shelves are half empty every time I go there - no stock, no attention, pricing also wrong. It seems no one is in charge there. Twice it happened to me now that I have to return cosmetic items which are faulty. This is also very inconvenient for me to return over and over to the store and have items replaced. How old are the cosmetic items, I ask myself? First it was a night cream which was half empty, and now it is a completely dried out Mascara which seems to be 10 years old. On top of that, they don't have any cosmetics in stock - Revlon shelf completely empty since weeks! Who is responsible of ordering the items? The lady that assists at the cosmetic section might as well sell washing power, since she knows absolutely nothing about the product she is selling. Only there to look pretty. It does not bother her that her shelves are empty and she has nothing left to sell to customers. Nope, once a lovely store - now only a dump, no direction, no management, no nothing left there - please stay away!
