clicks refusess to make me sign my exit forms and also does not want to pay out my money that i had worked for the months i was their employee..

i still have not recieved any paid out money since I had left clicks as their employee. I have been given a run around by a lady named Luyanda in the HR department. They have not given me any exit forms nothing,, now when i try to call and do a follow up they tell me they will get back to me..its been over 4 years now and no sign of luck.. and i was told managers at the store have changed so thats why they wont pay out my claims..
