Clicks Refuses to Refund me

Purchased earphones online on 8th of January 2024, they failed to deliver at an address where I have been receiving orders from other online stores. I requested for a refund on the 13th of January 2024 since they were failing to fulfill their order and it is the 29th of February 2024 I still have not received my money back.

Who uses a courier company that sends links to clients in this day and age of phishing and ****ming.
