Clicks refuses to give my mom her points

A few years ago my 85 years old mom app**** for a Clicks Club Card and diligently used it. Finally a few months ago she went to cash in her points only to be told that the card she received in her name also belongs to someone else and that this person used all the credit therefore she cannot get any benefits!<br> <br> Clicks then sent her a new card and last Saturday we went to check her credit at Cinnamon Square Clicks outlet in Strand only to be told that the card belongs to 3 others! <br> <br> The worst insult to me was the fact that they then told her to come back during the week to query it. <br> <br> My question to Clicks is \Why bother offering your clients this service if you cannot deliver on your promises?"<br> <br> <br> <br> """
