Clicks refuses to give me my chronic medication

I have been collecting my chronic medication from Clicks Conibar street which is in Queensburgh for a few months now. But at the end of June i dis not receive any sms from them to collect my medication, i tried calling their contact number and nobody answers the phone. I did not have any medication till 23 July and my health took a turn as i was not feeling well. I visited the store on the 27 July and the manager was rude and she states that my script had expired that is why i did not get my medication, i asked her why i was not informed when i collected my medication the previous month and she stated that there was a message on my label, i was not even told there was a message on the label...pathethic service that maanger at that pharmacy is so useless.
