Clicks refuses refund due to me refusing unsanitary slip

Curious how Clicks staff members may transgress health protocols which are mandatory, and now because I refused a slip touched by a staff member not wearing a mask properly and touching their face/not sanitising their hands, I am refused a complaint query on a faulty product because I refused the till slip. Surely they can look u the purchase as I know the time and day and store. Pathetic excuse not to deliver customer service.
