Clicks Refuse Walkins

#WIN. Hi there, my wife went to the Clicks store in Tygervalley Center for her 1st jab yesterday , they refused to help her because she didn't receive an sms nor has she made an appointment, she made a scene, then they actually helped her,i then phoned the same Clicks & they said walk ins are welcome, i get there and they refuse to help me without an sms or appointment they send me to Clicks Intercare Tygervalley & they refused to help as well, what does Walk ins mean, so much for getting the people vaccinated, terrible service.
