Clicks Randburg square pharmacist unprofessional

<p>I went to Clicks pharmacy in randburg square around 13:00, the pharmacist who assisted me Miriam was very unprofessional she didn't seen to have interest in assisting me that was confirmed when she looked at my prescription , she lost interest and advised me that she cannot read my Doctors hand writing. She tried calling my Doctor, so my Doctor can elaborate on the prescription details but she managed to get hold of my Doctors assistant who gave them the fax number to fax their queries. The pharmacist faxed and advised me to come back later if I am in a hurry. I went back to work and tried to follow up with clicks and they took my numbers when I contacted them and they told me they would call as soon as they get feedback from my Doctor. My doctor's assistant contacted me and asked for the clicks fax number since they didn't specify it while faxing my Doctor. I had to call them and ask for the fax number. They received the fax and they didn't contact me as they assured me, once they get feedback from my Doctor. I went back to clicks around 17:35 and Miriam showed me the script that my Doctor faxed, it was the same no changes whatsoever but the same pharmacist to my surprise Miriam was now able to read the script that she claimed she couldn't read earlier on. How do you explain that? That's being completely unprofessional!, you cannot send a sick person back and forth. I didn't see a doctor cause I was healthy for someone who works at the pharmacy she should understand that she is dealing with sick people and she needs to be professional.</p> <p> </p>
