Clicks Queenswood SOP not followed

Clicks Queenswood. Worst service! The power was off - I asked one of the staff members entering the door whether I can pick up a Pargo package. He went in and proceeded to chat with the other staff in front of the glass window. No one was wearing a mask. Ignored me. Rolled their eyes at me. What does the SOP state? It’s okay to sometimes wear masks? Only when the door is closed but in a pharmacy we can take it off with customers watching us chat away. I am still a customer - even through a glass door. Worst of all - I just wanted to pick up a package. They were closed at the beginning of lock down due to infection - no wonder - we only wear masks in front of customers but the staff can pretend like Covid doesn’t exist whilst inside. HAIBO!
