Clicks Protea Glen ******* service

I made 2 appointments for vaccination for myself and my 12 old son, I got to clicks protea glen mall for my 10:30 appointment we were told they don’t have the vaccination. 1. Why did u take all these appointments if you’ll run out 2. Same trouble you too to sms, e-mail and even send reminders of the appointment should be done to cancel or reschedule these appointments if there’s issues. 3. The time and petrol it took for me to leave home to get to the mall for nonsense, I’m soooooo upset this is nonsense and ******* service.
