Clicks Promise "If you are not entirely satisfied with this product please return it for a full refund..." is a blatant lie!!

I bought the Clicks brand baby wipes for the 1st time and wasn't satisfied at all as it was not moist enough and had to use quote a few to get the job done so as per the clicks promise "If you are not entirely satisfied with this product please return it for a full refund..." I decided to take them back as it was the pack with 6 packets of wipes in it. I received the most disgusting and condescending response ever from the manager of the Clicks in Observatory who 1st told me that the wipes were warm , seems like they were in the sun the whole day and that they seemed fine with him and does not understand what the problem is. With no customer service or remorse whatsoever, he then told me I need to bring back the 1 pack which I had used otherwise he would not be able to take the goods back! That promise is a lie!! That manager needs to be taken to customer service training as he does not even know how to spell the word! I am utterly disappointed as I do alto of my baby shopping at Clicks and this was not the service I expected from them, ever!
