Clicks Promenade has DISGUSTING SERVICE!

The service at Clicks in Liberty Promenade, Mitchells Plain store is appalling to say the least! I am disgusted by how they make people stand in the queue for hours just to get the vaccine! I took a day off from work so I could get vaccinated only for me to spend my ENTIRE afternoon on this damn line. My appointment was for 14:50 but there are still people that booked for 1pm pm standing before me. I arrived at 2pm but I am still waiting at the back of the line, it hasn’t moved since I got here. This is shameful and I am not pleased one bit!
