Clicks product burnt my skin badly

Early this month I bought a skintag product at clicks , it really burnt my skin badly went to the shop to get some clarity on the way forward the treatment I got was very bad I was being dismissed and being told that they've got nothing to do with that , but my question is how do you guys sell products that can damage one skin badly , I am left with scars on my neck which lowers my self esteem.
