Clicks prices

I buy lot of things lately at Clicks Mall of Africa, I have realized that the prices that they have on the shelves are different to what you get charged at the tills. The first time it happened I just thought its just an honest mistake. When it happened for the second time I asked one of the managers by the tills how come it happens for the second time. He said no maybe it’s because the people who suppose to be doing that are not at work because of Covid 19. Well it happened every-time I go shop there, specifically at Mall of Africa Clicks.

I have written to Clicks, all I have received was email auto response. Nobody has contacted me. What’s even annoying is that you don’t get any apology at the store. I have resorted to taking pictures of the item and compared to what is been charged. So if that happens to me, I can just imagine how many people are oblivious to the price.
