Clicks Pretea Glen

I went to Clicks Protea Glen Mall to purchase a few items. One of the items was the Yardly Lace Forbidden perfume. So at the store they display the open blottles with the empty box behind it. I took the empty box displayed behind the Lace Forbidden perfume bottle and went to the till to pay. They called the lady who is in the perfume deparment to bring me the sealed perfume. She did. However before leaving the mall, I opened the perfume to see if it was the right one and to my surprise it was wrong. The Lace forbiddedn I was buying retails at R 450 and the wrong perfume they game me is R 650. I went back to the clicks store, back to the cashier who assisted me and told her the perfume is wrong. She then called some guy who said he's assisting the supervisor and told him. I asked him if we could go yo the floor so that i can show him which perfume I wanted. When we got to the perfume shelf, I showed him the perfume I want and also showed him that there's no box behind that bottle because I am the one who took it. He called the perfume lady Nomathemba, I explained the situation to her again and she went crazy telling me that it's my own fault, I should have told her which perfume I wanted adding "can't you see there are different types of Lace perfumes". I said that I took the box under the assumption that she will know the right perfume because that's how she displyed the perfumes. She was shouting at me saying that I'm slow and kept rolling her eyes at me. The store was at a standstill with all the shouting. She told me "well the one you want is out of stock. I asked her why she didn't tell me at the till instead of deciding to give me the wrong perfume. She then left me standing there with no solution, she simply said "iyoo" rolled her eyes one more time and left me standing there. This guys and sadly I didn't ask for his name, he again came to my rescure and took me to his supervisor, explained the situation and the superviser was understanding, she apologised for the experience I had and gave me a refund after asking me what will be best for me, i asked for a refund because the perfume I want is out of stock. Another person would have been happy to get a more expensive perfume for less. But I want what I want and I am still cringing at the terrible service that Nomathemba or Nothemba gave me just because we are in Soweto clicks has decided that we don't deserve good customer service??? If this is what Clicks is about, I don't mind driving to discherm because you will never gave such terrible service at Discherm. I called the Clicks complain line and even that person sounded so disinterested and cut me off before hearing the rest of my story. wow I'm so dissapointed with clicks and to think I always refer people to Clicks, I'm extremely appalled.
