Clicks Poor Service/Misleading Customers/Non protection of personal information

Don't waste your time or your money shopping at Clicks.I have been to numerous branches and the result is always the same.Either the price you are charged at the cash point is not the same as what is advertised on the shelf or the various 3 for 2 promotions that were advertised in store do not deduct as they are supposed to at the til point. I don't have the time to examine each and every item at the tilpoint and neither should it be my responsibility to do so.The latest incident to happen to me was an email which I received from Clicks, stating that I have R125.50 cash back to spend,only to get to the til point and be told that I do not have any cash back available. I then emailed customer complaints asking WHY then was I sent an email advising me about the R125.50 cash back and was told by the customer care agent that my voucher was successfully redeemed at Clicks Festival Mall,all the way in Johannesburg whilst I reside in Durban and have never ever visited that specific mall or Johannesburg itself.I give up now,I will shop where I am valued as a customer and where my personal information is protected.I've lost all faith in Clicks as a service provider and their ability to stick to giving the customer what they actually offer.
