Clicks poor service

I logged a complaint with clicks directly 2 weeks ago, to complain about the nurse staff at Clicks wonderpark. On Friday I get a call from an Aubrey Mo***eng from Clicks to address my concerns. I kindly requested that he calls me back at 12pm as I was in a meeting.. He said ok and I have been waiting since. Today is Tuesday and still nothing. I'm very disappointed with the service at Clicks. Especially now that things escalated yesterday on the 21st. Not impressed at all!!
