Clicks poor service

After confirmation of my order on the 25th November till today, no deliver for collection at their store. what if it was to my address i wonder. Calls are dropped or you get rude people that cannot even transfer you to someone senior, let alone send you reference numbers by email or confirmation of change of delivery address or cancellation. I will never again use their online shopping, what a waste of time
