Clicks poor service and APP gives endless problems with no help.

Poor Service delivery from Clicks with no feedback.

I am having issues with the app updating my profile inforamtion. The app keeps locking me out even when my details are accurate and the OTP numbers are accurate. No effective communicaiton or help from Clicks IT or call center
