Clicks poor service

I bought a blender at clicks mall of the south. When I got home it was not working and on my to return it to the shop it fell and cracked on the side. Then I reported to the manager that I would like them to check why is not working. One of the assistant took it to their storage and came back saying its working.

When I got home still it was not working. Went back again to report and they took it to their back office and check and came back that its working, And they say probably I didn't close it correctly. Again when I got home , still its not working. As explained to them that they should take it to their repair shop and I don't mind paying for the plastic tub to be replaced. I am not happy with the service from clicks at the mall of the south. I would not advise anyone to buy any electric appliances from clicks. Now I am sitting with a blender that is not working and has costed me R999.00.
