Clicks poor service

I ordered my goods as always on a monthly basisnon the 3rd of October. It is now the 7th and no goods yet. Then clicks phoned me and said the adress is wrong but they have been delivering my orders to the same adress every month. Today I phoned and they said the adress is still wrong, after they phoned to double check the adress.
