Clicks points system is a ****.

During December I purchased diesel and patrol from engen station in Aliwal North. I have swiped my clicks card and received a slips which I submitted for tax. Now I want everyone to know that the clicks club card is a **** even though I submitted one of the slips they can't help as per client services.
