Clicks points disappearance-inside job

I am a faithful shopper and had accumulated R650 worth of points.I tried to use them today only to be told that i do not have points.I have a virtual card which i have used consistently for the past 2yrs.Apperantly i did my shopping at Polofileds in Midrand.May you kindly 1. Investigate this because this is an inside job 2.Refund me my points
