Clicks points a a ****

I flew fly safiar on December. My points have not been allocated. I have now been given the run around by clicks saying I must now contact fly safair regarding my points. Between fly safair and clicks I have been given different numbers and email addresses. Why is it my job?? I spent the money where is my points?? Why am I responsible for this. I think between fly safair and clicks this is a ****!!!
