Clicks Points

I had my clicks points used at a store that I was not at on that day, I lodged complaint which I got an agent with a bad attitude who asked me if I was sure it was a mere R40 at most why would I lie. She calls today to say that based on the fact that I have bought at that store before this is not ********** they will not refund the points and that was not the point I should order a new card. The bridge of security is my issue not the R40. She was rude and condescending. Since Dischem offers similar if not the same point system and products please give me a reason to ever purchase anything at CLicks. Someone is walking around with my card, they are telling me its not ***** since I have been to the store.... I am disgusted actually imagine if it was the Clicks Credit card and this had happened?<br>
