Clicks Plumstead - terrible operations

<p>Every time I go to Clicks Plumstead I am blown away by how terrible the experience is. My prescription was loaded at Clicks Blue Route, and is meant to be accessible at all Clicks. Every time I have gone to Clicks Plumstead to pick up my prescription, they are unable to pick it up on system and it takes at least 30 minutes for the pharmacists to solve the issue. Every time I have been there a different pharmacist says they have solved the issue, but without fail the next time I go the problem still exists. I have wasted so much time waiting for them to find my prescription, when it has clearly been loaded on the Blue Route system. On the fourth occasion, one very kind pharmacist was able to fix the issue, but this should have happened the first time. Now, to top this off, I go to Clicks early on this Sunday morning, to avoid the rush, and the Pharmacist who is meant to get in at 09:00 is not there at 10:00, so I am unable the get my prescription as the pharmacy is closed. Completely wasting my time. What is more, the tellers are not friendly. They barely greet you when you get to the counter. Clicks, Plumstead, as soon as my prescription ends, I am moving to Dischem.</p>
